Kim Victoria Cattrall is an English-Canadian actor born on the 21st of August 1956. Her best known role was Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. Sex and the City brought the actress five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. The year 2002 saw her win the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting Actress. The character was reprised for Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009). Also, she is known for her leading roles in 1980s movies Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often connected to her iconic HBO show, Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones. Cattrall is making a name for her acting career as an actor. Her portrayal as Samantha Jones was one of her most important roles. The show not only increased her appeal to the national public, but also made an international celebrity, bringing her much fame and recognition. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known performance was from the film comedy drama La Dolce Vita. The film won an Oscar, and the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival in 1960. The film was also both critically and commercially successful. Born in Sweden in the city of Skane, she was a model before beginning her acting career. She eventually won the Miss Sweden contest. Then she moved to America and was soon playing roles in numerous movies. She had her first role in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars as an Venusian. In the following year, her performance as a bloody woman in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising young actor.
